Ok, so you like what you see,
but you're not right around the corner or want a destination location...
Now what?

I do travel quite frequently… so this is how it works. I do not “profit” for my travel, I’m simply covering the expenses that I would occur because of traveling for your shoot. These fees are in addition to the session price/wedding package price.

Driving

Driving to a shoot:

If your photo location, is more than 100 miles away from my studio, I require one night hotel stay. This must be paid in advance.

*Please note: If the type of shoot we are doing, requires more than a one day/session/shoot, then the above may change. Please email me with specifics.

Flying

Flying to a shoot:

Round Trip Airfare + Travel Cost ($275/night = hotel, rental car, meals, etc.) I typically work with an assistance/second shooter, their airfare will need to be covered as well. These fees must be paid in advance.

*Please note: To avoid any flight delays/cancellations interfering with your event, I will typically be flying in 2 days prior to the wedding/event to make sure I am present and ready for your event along with all of my equipment.
